SHIPPING POLICY

Blush & Bloom is an Australian-operated online retailer. Our products are sourced from third-party suppliers and may be dispatched directly from fulfilment partners in China or other locations. We do not operate a public storefront.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

Standard shipping is A$11. Orders of A$100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–15 business days.
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 9–20 business days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International shipping is available only to destinations shown at checkout. Standard international shipping is A$20.

Estimated transit time after dispatch: 10–25 business days.
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 12–30 business days.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included.

FULFILMENT AND SEPARATE PACKAGES

Because products may be fulfilled by different partners, items from the same order can arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Separate tracking details may be provided for each parcel.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, email blushbloomfashion@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.
